Refund policy

EXCHANGES ONLY!

You have 7 days from when you receive your item to exchange it.

You can exchange the item for any item or items of equal value.

Ship the unworn item back to us to the address listed below.

The items must be stainless and odorless.

Items are subject to inspection, once received.

Please include the packing slip that came with your order.

Write on the packing slip what you want to exchange out for & ship it back with your item.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer but you will not be charged for the exchanged item’s shipping. 

Once we receive it, we will re-ship the new items.
